During the past few weeks, Summerseat opened it's Forest School doors to our younger generation of children.  We have been reading a range of well known and new, exciting stories in the forest.  After reading Stickman by Julia Donaldson we used twine to create our very own stick family, one of the children created 'Stick Lady Love'.  More recently we read 'Freddie and the Fairy' by Julia Donaldson, we then found fairies living in our forest, so we found them a beautiful tree to live in and decorated it using mud paint.
